We start with an informal consultation to understand your goals, vision, and budget. Whether you have a lot or need help finding one, we’re here to guide you.

2. Site Visit or Lot Selection

We’ll walk your site (or help you find one) to evaluate opportunities and any unique conditions.

3. Preliminary Budget

Based on your goals and early design intent, we’ll provide a preliminary budget range to ensure alignment.

4. Design Phase

Our team of designers and architects work with you to create a personalized home plan. You’ll review sketches, layouts, and 3D visuals until it’s just right.

5. Final Budget Proposal

We’ll finalize pricing based on your design selections and scope. Clear. Detailed. No surprises!

6. Financing & Agreement

We’ll assist with financing referrals if needed and guide you through signing your construction agreement.

7. Permitting

Our team handles all local building permits and approvals, so you don’t have to worry about paperwork or logistics.

8. Construction

Once permits are approved, we break ground. You’ll get regular updates, photos, and milestone walkthroughs via our client portal.

9. Final Walkthrough

As we near completion, we’ll walk the home with you to ensure every detail meets expectations. We address punchlist items before move-in.

10. Welcome Home

You receive your keys, your closing documents, and a full home binder with warranties. But our relationship doesn’t end there – we’re here if you ever need anything.
